New Orleans a place where many have enjoyed its historic and vibrant roots is slowly reinventing itself and some believe it will return to the city we know and love. Chef Ryan has been back several times since hurricane Katrina and wants to share that the spirit of the Big Easy is still alive. During Jazz Fest you see the city although still recovering from the destruction is still a great place to enjoy the music, food, and people that make up such a wonderful place. The life blood of the city is the visitors and tourists that come every year and Chef Ryan and Alligator Soul want to encourage you to continue to support and enjoy this piece of American history.
